ALL APPOINTMENT REQUEST ARE TYPICALLY RESPONDED TO SAME DAY. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL OR TEXT TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. ONCE YOUR REQUESTED APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN BOOKED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE FROM OUR BOOKING SERVICE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. 

  • IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE DO SO BY USING THE BOOKING PLATFORM OR BY CALLING OR TEXTING THE SALON.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU DECIDE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

FOR ALL SERVICES

IN THE EVENT OF A LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND NO-SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO CHARGING IN FULL. A $50 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR BOOKING.

NEW CLIENTS:
 
 DEPENDING ON WHAT LE ARTIST YOU BOOK A SERVICE FROM, THERE IS A ONE TIME $50 DEPOSIT FEE THAT SHOULD BE MADE AFTER BOOKING ONLINE. LE ARTIST WILL REACH OUT DIRECTLY TO YOU FOR PAYMENT METHOD. IF NOT PAID 12 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
