ALL APPOINTMENT REQUEST ARE TYPICALLY RESPONDED TO SAME DAY. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL OR TEXT TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. ONCE YOUR REQUESTED APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN BOOKED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE FROM OUR BOOKING SERVICE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU DECIDE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

IN THE EVENT OF A LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND NO-SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO CHARGING IN FULL. A $50 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICE.

NEW CLIENTS:
 
 DEPENDING ON WHAT LE ARTIST YOU BOOK A SERVICE FROM, THERE IS A ONE TIME $50 DEPOSIT FEE THAT SHOULD BE MADE AFTER BOOKING ONLINE. LE ARTIST WILL CONTACT YOU FOR PAYMENT METHOD. IF NOT PAID 12 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
