ALL APPOINTMENT REQUEST ARE TYPICALLY RESPONDED TO SAME DAY. ONCE YOUR REQUESTED APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN BOOKED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE FROM OUR BOOKING SERVICE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. ARTIST WILL REACH OUT TO NEW CLIENTS FOR DEPOSIT.
IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE DO SO BY USING THE BOOKING PLATFORM OR BY CALLING OR TEXTING THE SALON.
CANCELLATION POLICY
WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU DECIDE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IN THE EVENT OF A LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND NO-SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO CHARGING IN FULL. A $50 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT FOR NEW CLIENTS, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICE.
NEW CLIENTS:
DEPENDING ON WHAT ARTIST YOU BOOK A SERVICE FROM, THERE IS A ONE TIME $50 DEPOSIT FEE THAT SHOULD BE MADE AFTER BOOKING. IF NOT PAID 12 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
